A number of our sites are getting messages that we have 7 days or the feed will be deactivated. On some, deleting and re-adding the IG connection works. On others it does not. What is the trick to make this work?

Thank you for getting back to me.
Would you please navigate to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced > Reset Error Log and click on the “Reset” button?
If the error persisted, you will need to reconnect your source to resolve the issue by following these steps:
- Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings
> remove the connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon. - Click the Save Settings button.
- Click the Add Source button. You will be sent to our connection site.
- Select the Basic or Business button and go through the connection process again.
- a) For a Basic account, you will be sent to Instagram to log in and accept the connection.
b) For a Business account, you will be sent to Facebook. You may need to click the Edit Settings (reference) button to review your connection settings and make sure all accounts and all pages you manage are selected as well as all permissions. - For any existing feed or legacy feed, go to the specific feed options > Settings > Sources and select the newly connected source.
- Once your source has been added, click the Save button.
Please ensure that you go through step number 6 so that the feeds have the updated source. This should fix the issue; if it does not, or have any other questions, let me know, and please send the System Info. To obtain this information go to:
- WordPress Dashboard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
- Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
- Click theCopy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
- Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
- For issues with a specific feed, you can also under Export Settings select the feed and click Export. You can then attach the generated .json file to your reply.
